 This Electrical Products Warranty & Repairs policy applies to physical electrical goods, and only for physical electrical goods, purchased from www.gduke.com .

What does this Electrical Products Warranty Policy Cover?

This Electrical Products Warranty & Repairs Policy covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, www.gduke.com will repair or replace, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

Warranty & Repair Period

We will fully refund or replace a faulty unit if the fault occurs within the 14 days from the date of purchase. You must notify us within 14 days following the receipt of products. Please state explicitly whether you would like a full refund or a replacement unit otherwise. We will arrange for faulty item(s) to be collected within 30 days of receipt of goods by you, and then a replacement unit will be dispatched/or refund processed.

After 30 days following receipt of products, according to the Sales of Goods Act 1980, Limited Warranty Cover will apply. After 30 days the customer is not entitled to a refund and the product Warranty will be dealt with as described in Limited Warranty Cover
below.

Limited Warranty Cover

We will repair products free of charge and supply spare parts, if necessary (charged as per manufacturers’ price lists and will be quoted prior to repair), for Electrical Goods purchased from www.gduke.com during 360 days from the date of purchase, only, and if only products have not been subject to improper use. We will not cover any shipping/courier costs during this time.

What will we do if I believe my purchased product is faulty or requires a repair?

If you believe your purchased products may be faulty or require repair, please fill out the attached form or contact us at info@gduke.com . You must contact us prior to returning the goods. To obtain warranty service, we must determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

What does this Warranty not cover?

This Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: forced conditions, misuse or physical damage, wear and tear, accidental damage, excessive use or use outside of the terms of the product, individual parts purchased through the website.

www.gduke.com cannot be held responsible for the manufacturer’s warranties of a product if the manufacturer of that product ceases trading, goes into liquidation or is declared bankrupt, or we should cease supplying the product.

Warranties are not applicable if an item is bought using a business name (or if billing address states a business name) as all of the products represented on our website, although maybe used in a commercial environment, are for domestic use only.

We will communicate with customers promptly in writing as to where to return goods, so please make sure you have been instructed before you attempt to return any goods
