We recommend for all of our products that are intended to come into contact with foodstuffs to remove any labels or packaging and to wash, rinse and dry before first use.
Polyethylene is used to produce this low density chopping boards. PE is not dishwasher safe as this may cause the product to warp. It has a safe temperature range from -40 to +95C approximately.
