It has a cast iron’s heat retention and stainless steel’s heat control and cooking speed. These heavy duty 2.5mm carbon steel pans thickness pans are ready to use with no seasoning needed thanks to a scratch resistant double layer of eco friendly, PFOA-free high quality non-stick coating. Induction friendly. Wash by hand.

- FERRUM is NOT dishwasher safe. It’s very important to hand-wash and immediately dry carbon steel products like FERRUM after each use.
- FERRUM pans should be hand-washed and thoroughly dried immediately (non coated pan base) to prevent rusting. Pans without non-stick coating will need to be seasoned.
FERRUM handles, with prolonged exposure to heat, may become hot to touch. We always recommend using caution when handling hot cookware.
